Offers five-week Baby Massage group, 1:1 & hosted courses in the Purbeck and Poole areas. Classes are small, welcoming & relaxed.

Parents learn a beautiful massage routine with their baby, which draws from Indian & Swedish massage traditions, incorporating principles of yoga & reflexology. Your connection through touch is acknowledged to help you gain a deeper understanding of your baby's communication cues, whilst enhancing the bonding process, stimulating and strengthening their body systems, encouraging relaxation, calming & deeper sleep & providing relief from colic, wind & constipation.
