Postnatal Mum & Baby Pilates classes. Pilates is the ideal exercise for new mums. It's safe and gentle, but highly effective at helping to bring your body back into alignment after pregnancy. It helps regain your core strength including the all important pelvic floor muscles, helps improve posture and will help you lugging those car seats around! It can help reduce stress and promotes general well-being. A lovely way to meet other mums and have some time focussing on yourselves. Suitable after a successful 6 week postnatal GP check and approx. 8-10 weeks following a C-section.

Hi, I'm Carol, and Strong Mama Pilates is my 3rd Child! I'm a fully qualified Pilates and Ante & Postnatal Instructor and I'm passionate about helping support pregnant and new mums. My classes are about helping to prepare your body for birth, and then helping to rehabilitate your body after pregnancy, getting stronger both physically & mentally, taking some time out for yourself and meeting like-minded parents. I hope my classes help foster new friendships and a social support framework too.
