Pilates is the ideal exercise for expectant and new mums. It's safe and gentle, but highly effective at helping to strengthen, tone and align your body during and after pregnancy. It helps build core strength including the all important pelvic floor muscles, helps improve posture and will help you lugging those car seats around! It can help reduce stress and promotes general well-being. A lovely way to meet other mums and have some time focussing on yourselves. Suitable from 14 weeks gestation and after a successful 6 week postnatal GP check and approx. 8-10 weeks following a C-section.
