We offer a fun, full body workout for mums where baby can come too. It's suitable for all fitness levels and for mums with children of all ages - even if they're now at school. Everything can be modified and we are trained in pre and post natal exercise too. We don't focus on what what you can lose but instead of what you can gain; strength, stamina, friendship, community.
