Stroller Strong Mums is a creative and fun total body workout for expectant mums and mums with children of all ages. Each class will provide new and different stations, routes, and exercises in order to maximise fitness results. All exercises are introduced with multiple levels of difficulty to cater for all fitness levels. Each class is designed so that your child has fun too. We run weekly playgroups and coffee dates after class as well as regular Mum's Nights Out - come for the workout and stay for the community and friendships.
Jemima is a mum of two little ones, Jasper (3) and Iris (1) and a proud Army wife to Will. She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and is certified through the American Red Cross in both Adult and Paediatric First Aid. Jemima fell for SLAM when her family were posted to Fort Leavenworth, Kansas in 2017. She loved the classes, not only the creativity, the energy and the intensity, but also the community that she felt a part of instantly. Jemima is so excited to introduce SLAM to Aldershot and create a new tribe of mums who want to Sweat Like a Mother!
