Stroller Strong Mums is a creative and fun total body workout for expectant mums and mums with children of all ages. Each class will provide new and different stations, routes, and exercises in order to maximise fitness results. All exercises are introduced with multiple levels of difficulty to cater for all fitness levels. Each class is designed so that your child has fun too. We run weekly playgroups and coffee dates after class as well as regular Mum's Nights Out - come for the workout and stay for the community and friendships.
