These sessions have been an absolute saviour during lockdown. My son and I love StoryMakers. We were always there on a Wednesday in Bromley and when the country went into Lockdown we joined Suzie on a Thursday morning from our living room. By the time Thursday arrives, my son is frankly bored of me and then Suzie appears on the big screen and together we are transported into a magical story with wonderful characters (all played by Suzie) who make us laugh, dance and sing. Suzie is a marvelous storyteller and keeps my very active toddler engaged throughout. My 2.5 year old remembers every story and over lunch on a Thursday he excitedly tells his Daddy what adventure Suzie has taken us on this week. We would be lost without these sessions and we will continue to join Suzie on the big screen until we can see her in person again. Thank you.
We were attending Stomakers classes before the pandemic and loved them, Suzie is such a great storyteller and always gets everyone engaged and included. So we were super excited that we could continue these fantastic classes online via Zoom. Still as engaging and has my 17m old daughter joining in, dancing around the living room! And my nearly 9yo loves these classes too: “Best babyclass I’ve ever done!” Our favourite part is the beautiful storymakers song; If you’re a storymaker, make a story of your own... and walking around the room chanting boom, boom chack... Now that we can’t make the Thursday morning slot anymore, it’s great that you can access a recording of the session for a week and do it at you own leisure. These classes are brilliant for the kids, but also put me in a good mood for the day, with fantastically funny characters and great music! Thank you Suzie for adapting and still providing us with our weekly, magical Storymakers fix.
Can’t recommend StoryMakers Online enough! My children all really look forward to our Thursday mornings, very engaging and good fun!!
