Meet the Team

Aimee became a qualified teacher in 2011 and has been teaching ever since in both key stage one and two, gaining experience in a range of phonics programmes. Prior to teaching, Aimee completed a degree in ‘Early Childhood Studies’ and worked full time in a nursery and preschool. Becoming a first-time mum to a little girl this year, Aimee realised that going back to working full time in a school would not suit her new family commitments. She decided that a slight change in direction was in order, still working with children but that could fit around being an on-the-go mummy.

Roz is a graduate from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London and an experienced singing and drama teacher with experience of teaching singing and drama in stage schools across Essex. She has been teaching phonics for the last 18 months with her side kick Robot Reg and loves every minute of watching the confidence grow in the children and parents.
