BABY MASSAGE encourages and aids the bonding process between baby and parents. It is a parenting tool that provides you and your family with a life skill with the benefits of baby massage being practically endless. Touch is one of the first senses to develop while the baby is still in the womb and it is so important that some consider skin to be the external nervous system. BABY YOGA is derived from Hatha yoga which works on balancing the body,mind & is also a playful activity. PARENT & BABY YOGA is an exercise regime that is gentle enough for your body but is also challenging and exciting.

I first attended this class when my son Léon was only 7 weeks old. Worried that it might be too much of a challenge for me as a young mother I was proven wrong as soon as I met Gabriella. She manages to create a calm and positive atmosphere and not only did Léon enjoy being stroked and massaged but also I benefited a lot from exercising and interacting with other Mums and their babies. The course offers simple but efficient exercises that are easy to repeat at home and I couldn’t recommend it enough!
One of my and my little one’s favorite class! Very relaxing atmosphere both for babies and parent/carer. Teacher is great, you get to learn many techniques you can use later on your own helping baby with trapped winds and much more. Also nice to have some yoga time for yourself. A great opportunity to meet other mom’s. Highly recommend this class.
I learned a lot from attending the baby yoga and massage classes. My son loved the massage and interacting with the other babies. The yoga was good in helping with back pain and easing back into exercise after birth! Would definitely recommend!
