Loved the baby massage and yoga, but felt the mom’s yoga didn’t fit it. It was too rushed, broke the rhythm of the session, and took away from the relaxation felt while doing the massage and yoga.
My baby and I really enjoy this class. There is a very calm, relaxed atmosphere and it’s a lovely bonding experience as there are no outside distractions. The teacher is kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Both the yoga and massage aspects of the class involve baby so we both get a lot out of it. Would highly recommend.
