Join in with easy to follow, fun routines, which are gentle enough to do while safely carrying your baby in a sling or baby carrier.

Music styles include pop, hip hop, salsa, disco, Charleston, musical theatre and many more.

Plus there is always time for a chat and a cup of tea after class! A perfect way to meet other parents in your area.

Baby carriers are available for you to use in class if you don’t have your own.
