Sling Swing
Sling Swing is a gentle movement class for parents and babies. While parents enjoy dancing to a fun and funky playlist, babies are safe and secure in a sling or baby carrier. No dance experience is necessary and slings/carriers are provided if you do not have your own. Everyone is welcome after their post natal check.
