The Slade Church

We serve our local community throughout the week through, for example, youth groups, meetings for elderly people, a toddlers and carers group, meals for the homeless and English classes for speakers of other languages. The Slade was first founded in 1880 and nowadays is a lively and active group of ordinary people from all kinds of backgrounds and nationalities. Our church family today has grown to well over two hundred adults, young people and children. Our aim is to know Jesus & make him better known.
