Activities for Parents
Simply Lizzie has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
Carlene started gymnastics at 3 years old and by the time she reached 7 she was part of the London team. At the age of 11 Carlene was the British champion for beam and floor and at 12 got selected for the British squad where she got to train with Beth Tweddle(Olympic gold medalist) She has competed all over Europe and has even spent time training in China. Carlene finished competing at age 16 and went on to display and team gymnastics as well as coaching young children.
Kerry’s passion is in health and fitness and she runs her own successful business ‘Miss Fitness’. She completed her level 2 fitness instructor course and level 3 personal training course back to back at Reynolds Training academy and has since been providing a mixture of personal training, weekly cardio and toning classes, boot camp and circuit classes helping her clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Lizzie trained for three years at The Centre of Performing Arts College and graduated with her ISTD teaching qualifications in 2006. Since leaving college she has taught in many establishments; dance schools, primary schools and gymnasiums. She also had the pleasure of teaching dance to children from third world countries undergoing major facial reconstructive surgery for the charity ‘facing the world’. As well as running Simply Performers dance school she currently teaches children with learning difficulties within special educational needs and mainstream schools.
Tom recently graduated from the renowned Bird College, where he trained in professional Dance and Musical Theatre. He has experience in many styles of dance including tap, ballet , contemporary , jazz and Street and Hip-Hop and has a huge passion for teaching and choreography. He has already bagged himself an agent, loves to perform and has dreams of becoming a choreographer.
