Shepperton Library is part of Surrey County Council and lends books, audiobooks, DVDs as well as providing digital services including e-books and digital newspapers. Shepperton Libraries offers free events for children including rhymetime, storytime and chatterbooks reading groups. The library also occasionally holds craft events for children, with a small charge to participate.
