Specialising in proving pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga for mothers and babies to practice together. A perfect way to spend time moving gently to build strength, support postnatal recovery of the pelvis and abdominals , reduce stress & anxiety and connect with baby. For babies they enjoy doing their yoga to songs to enhance their development, provide relief from common ailments such as colic, constipation and trapped wind and encourage restful sleep. My classes are a nice way of meeting other mums and enjoy a hot cuppa and a chat after class. Classes held weekly in Fulwood and Penwortham.
Activities for Parents
Sarah is a 200 hour qualified Ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher, specialist pre and postnatal yoga teacher, educator and mother of twins. She works passionately to bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness from bump, birth and beyond. Based in Preston, Sarah works in a wide range of venues and schools across Lancashire.
