We started 10 years ago, solely to teach kickboxing to children from the age of 4 to 6, 7 to 11 and 12 to 16. we now have over 50 classes a week in Bucks, Berks, Herts, Oxon and Jersey!

What a great inclusive sparring session this weekend. All of the children were able to work at his or her own level, and yet they worked together. There was individual support for each child, and I came away with two happy and tired children. We are already looking forward to the next one. Thanks Alex and Michael!
