We help new mums feel stronger, fitter, healthier and give them a much needed opportunity to focus on themselves through Post Natal Pilates AND you can bring your baby (non-crawling) with you! By the end of our programme you'll feel strong toned and body confident! Clare is a specially trained pregnancy and post natal exercise instructor who is trained to assess Diastasis Recti and design appropriate exercise classes tailored to your needs. We have 5 classes throughout the Brighton area to choose from.
Activities for Parents
Clare has been practising Pilates for 15 years. She is a Pilates Teacher Trainer for Health & Fitness Education (HFE) and is a specialist in pre and post natal exercise. Clare offers everyone a free taster session where they will also get a full health screening and diastasis recti check to ensure that all exercises are safe and effective for everyone. Clare is passionate about empowering Mums to regain control of and confidence in their amazing bodies; helping them to feel physically strong but also emotionally supported by joining a group of like minded women in pursuit of great health.
