Fun classes give opportunities for children to play and to learn to relax promoting resilience, positive self-image and self-esteem along the way. Children are also encouraged to enjoy being still and quiet. Each week we follow the Relax Kids 7 steps to relaxation. We move and play, stretch our bodies, take part in gentle massage, practice breathing exercises, say positive things about ourselves and others and be calm and relaxed whilst listening to a story visualisation. Classes have a theme and/or story as the focus of the session often with an associated craft activity.
