A Relax Kids class includes warm up and movement, fun drama-based games, relaxing mindfulness games, stretching and breathing exercises, massage, affirmations and visualisations. We take children from a high energy to a low energy and encourage them to relax while developing their creativity and imagination. Sessions support children’s mental and emotional well-being and give them tools manage stress and be more resilient, calm and confident.
Relax Kids has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
I am a mum of two young children, am married, and a Relax Kids coach. As a Relax Kids Coach I specialise in running classes, for people of all ages to promote emotional well-being. I offer relaxation classes for all ages, following the Relax Kids' programme. I believe it is never too early to teach our children how to nurture themselves, to believe in themselves and to respect and support others.
