Regal Ballet: Ballet for 2½ to 3½ years

Children follow the Royal Academy of Dance Primary in Dance syllabus, building correct technique, coordination and spatial awareness. Students can take their first RAD exam from age 6, which is optional. Classes last 45 minutes.

Our youngest class introduces toddlers to ballet through music, songs, simple steps and imaginative play, building balance, coordination and listening skills. Classes last 30 minutes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.

Regal Ballet is a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) registered children's ballet school in London, founded in 2007 by former English National Ballet dancer Therese Schweppe. We teach children from 18 months old through RAD Primary and Grades 1 to 5, with a Saturday Development Class for dedicated dancers. Classes run across London, including Hampstead, St John's Wood, Islington, Stoke Newington, Hackney, Marylebone, Little Venice and Clerkenwell. All teachers are professional ballet dancers, safeguarding trained with an Enhanced DBS check, and classes are capped at 16 children.
