Alice worked in Aberdeen as a Personal Trainer, Group Instructor and Pre and Post Natal Fitness instructor for Rebel PT, running 4 Prams in the Park classes a week for 3 years and has now taken the opportunity to set up the PITP classes in Edinburgh. Alice says: "I love running the Prams in the Park classes. It's so great to see new mums and dads getting a boost and enjoying a bit of fresh air after a sleepless night. Everyone is in the same boat and support and encourage each other. Even if you're not in the fitness frame of mind it can be good to head down anyway just to clear the head."
