Love the concept of raver tots but I think it could be a lot more enjoyable for kids if there was entertainment other than the music it’s basically a rave that kids are allowed to go to doesn’t really focus on entertaining little ones so be aware of this. My 8 year old hated it maybe because it was just her and I’ve heard similar reviews from friends that have been in the past with children that age, my 9month baby was entertained by the lights. My advice if you are planning a visit is to go in a group so your kids have friends to enjoy themselves with. The soft play area really needs improvement it was tiny absolutely ridiculous for the amount of space they had and seen to have no age restrictions to it! In summary a good event with a really cool set but needs improvement, it should probably not be advertised as a rave for kids but a rave that kids are allowed to go to!
I really wanted to enjoy this but was disappointed for the money. The actual event was down a flight of stairs, and there was very limited buggy parking at the entrance. There were two rooms, the main party and a another room with a small ball pond and the face painter. The main room was a good size but the music was unnecessarily loud for a kids event. I had to spend £8 on ear defenders for my 2.5 yr old otherwise we’d have had to have gone home! There were also gothic decorative items in the room which were child height, metal and sharp.... not great in a dark room. The DJ was good and there were confetti cannons and bubbles on the main dance floor. The face painter was awesome, although she was pretty popular and we had to wait about 15 mins for her, and that was only because 2 people in front gave up waiting. Overall, it was okay but too expensive for what it was.
Needs to be aimed at older children. Ball pit was a shambles. Over priced. Not enough entertainment for younger children. Food should bee included. At least fries and a drink for what you pay
