Pregnancy Yoga is for women from 14 weeks to birth to stay fit and healthy, make friends, have a laugh, and learn together what keeps us going from week to week. We have gentle movements, special breath to help with anxiety and prepare for birth. There is relaxation every week for mum and bump, this is often the favourite part of the session for many mums :-) All fitness levels are welcome. Most women haven't done yoga before. For those that have, be prepared that it is tailored for pregnancy, so gentler than usual yoga lessons. BABY YOGA, please see session page.

Pregnancy and Baby Yoga has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
Amie practiced Birthlight pregnancy yoga, baby yoga and trained to become a Baby Yoga teacher.
From a career in Japanese finance Marion turned to her lifelong love of Yoga and became a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in the mid-nineties. It was working alongside Dr Robin Monro, the Director of the Yoga Biomedical Trust, after qualifying as a Yoga Therapist, that Marion had the good fortune to meet Dr Francoise Freedman, founder of Birthlight, pioneering the holistic approach to perinatal well-being. After qualifying as a Birthlight teacher and gaining an early grounding as a Birthlight Baby Yoga tutor for the Amnesty International nursery in London, Marion moved to the North West.
