Precious Moments Massage and Yoga

I am Liz and I run the classes for precious moments, I am a mummy of 2, and as well as being qualified in massage and yoga I have an extensive background and knowledge from around 20years in the NHS as a nursery nurse, children's nurse and Health visitor.
All of that experience and knowledge really enhances the experience of the relaxed and friendly classes I provide. I run baby massage, baby yoga and children's yoga classes.
I recently won a highly commended award from whats on for kids as nominated and voted for by parents who have attended the classes.
