Sarah is passionate about supporting new parents feel positive about this life change and to trust in their inner strength, encouraging them to embrace this special time by understanding the challenging process of the birth & postnatal period. Her in-depth knowledge around yoga for women’s bodies supports gentle and safe recuperation following birth. Classes are fun, friendly and relaxed. She teaches mum & baby yoga (dads welcome too!) in various venues around South London & set up a unique class in Herne Hill especially for dads.

Sarah's postnatal classes are so friendly and supportive and have played a really special role during my transition into motherhood. She takes time to get to know you and cultivates a lovely sense of community. Her classes never feel rushed and have a perfect balance between time out for mum, and time to bond and have fun with your baby. I'd recommend them to any new mum wanting to ease back into yoga and meet other mums in the area. The venue in Herne Hill is also really nice - very clean, bright and family-friendly, often many of us stay after for a cuppa after or a walk through the park. I can't thank Sarah enough for the wonderful memories with my baby that I'll always treasure!
