Charlotte is a specialist women's health physiotherapist. Charlotte has many years experience gained in NHS hospitals across Oxfordshire and London. She is passionate about promoting healthy pregnancy and postnatal exercise and uses Pilates as part of this. Charlotte has her own little boy Arthur and used Pilates during her pregnancy and to aid her recovery after her c-section.
Lauren has over 10 years experience as a chartered physiotherapist. She is an advanced Pilates instructor with postgraduate training in antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy and Pilates. Lauren is also the owner and director of Pop up Pilates. (pop-up-pilates.com) Lauren has a passion for making safe, fun and effective strengthening exercises available and accessible for everyone. She has a 4 month old little boy, Reuben and knows how tricky it can be to balance looking after yourself and a baby!
