Plymouth Shotokan Karate Centre

Plymouth Shotokan Karate Centre is a martial arts club affiliated to the Japan Karate Association, offering training in traditional Japanese Karate-do. Weekly sessions normally involves some practice of kihon (techniques), kumite (sparring) and kata (pre-arranged forms). Some sessions will be based more exclusively on one or other of the 3 k's and sometimes are based on self defence scenarios.
