Classes which are fun for mamma and babies. Relaxing child friendly music playing whilst post natal exercises are given to mums. Babies enjoy the interaction whilst you exercise and benefit your body. Getting back to strength and fitness. Your wee one will be lifted up and down on your tummy whilst you do the ‘bridge’ and will receive many funny faces and kisses whilst you sweat out some push ups and planks! Everyone is aloud to giggle, cry and stop to feed so it’s a very informal relaxing class.
Activities for Parents
I've been teaching Pilates since 2008. Its great for post natal. Its really important to get your core strength and stability back after birth of your wee one. I also am a big believer of how good exercise is for our stress levels and feel good hormones! Come along and feel great!
