ALL CLASSES NOW RUNNING ON A LIVE ONLINE TIMETABLE. Book your space as usual and receive link via email to join live online session. You will be required to complete an online Pre-screening form to ensure that the classes are suitable for you in your postnatal journey. Class is run live by Women's Health Specialist Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor. Post-natal recovery & fitness targeting pelvic floor, abdominal and core recovery and strengthening. Class will address posture correction, release of tension & build fitness. All fitness levels welcome. Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth.

Emma’s classes are great. You can really enjoy the class even with your babies there as she will always help you out if they kick off .
Emma is brilliant! Her pilates class was exactly what I needed after having my first baby. She takes the time to check your positions and goes out of her way to help keep your baby happy so you can actually participate. Couldn’t recommend Emma or her classes more highly!
