Physio-led Pilates class focused on post-natal recovery & fitness with babies up to 1years welcome to join for the class. The class is delivered to specifically address pelvic floor, abdominal and core recovery and strengthening, as well as mobilisation for the shoulders, spine and hips to help improve common aches and pains associated with the post-partum period. A chance to recover, strengthen safely & relax! Emma is a specialist Womens' Health Physiotherapist with additional Pilates qualifications. All fitness levels welcome. Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth. Suitable for injury recovery.

Emma’s classes are great. You can really enjoy the class even with your babies there as she will always help you out if they kick off .

I have been qualified as a physiotherapist for over 10 years, with a masters in Sports & Exercise Medicine. I’ve practised Pilates for many years and became a qualified instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute 7 years ago. I have been teaching regular classes ever since and loved every one! I am now a first-time mum to my 1 year old daughter and appreciate the importance of finding small pockets of time to keep myself active and fit. I am a practising member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Pelvic, Obstetric & Gynaecological Physiotherapy.
