Junior Level Ballet

6 - 8 years

For children in Year 2 & 3: For children wanting to continue with their dance training but without the pressure of formal examinations there is the Petite Performers' Junior level. These classes teach the equivalent vocabulary and technique as the leading exam boards of the RAD, ISTD and Cecchetti. There is an emphasis on having fun whilst learning; continuing to build on their technical knowledge and ability, choreographic skills, musicality, performance skills and confidence.
Whether it’s Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop or Musical Theatre, your child will come skipping out, with memories and friendships made, full of pride and a sense of achievement.

These classes are structured to carefully transition students from the Petite Performers’ pre school syllabus, into Primary level, where they start to work towards recognized examinations if they wish.
