Northern Freestyle Karate Association

Northern Freestyle Karate Association trains in many different venues across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland. They practice a sporting style of karate with emphasis on freedom of movement and incorporating the best of traditional and modern systems. Karate is an activity that the whole family can participate in, and family participation is well catered for within the N.F.K.A. Children can train from about 5 years old, or from 4 years old in Little Ninjas classes, depending on willingness to learn.
