Ante and Post natal pilates classes, taught by a qualified ante/postnatal specialist instructor. The clinical pilates classes are a way to exercise safely during and after pregnancy. Classes focus on exercises to help improve abdomen, core and pelvic floor strength, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic and back pain, along side general fitness and wellbeing. Our Mums and Babies Pilates is a great way to help get your pre pregnancy body back, exercise with you baby, and meet other new mums.
