My passion is to develop a community focusing on Pregnancy + post natal training - mums and babies. after recently having my second child and recognized the lack of quality classes & support in my area where I could bring my child. I will be focusing on healing the body + soul, pre+ post pregnancy. Packages include Fitness classes, Nutrition programmes, & Group Pt. Please ensure you have been contacted & received a Health Q before attending. Classes are finished for the summer and will resume with an exciting timetable in September. Hi Ya, I'm a busy mama of 2 kiddies under 2. Passionate about womens health and fitness. And from this passion New body and soul health and fitness was born. I have completed studies in Nutrition, Pre & Post natal fitness, pregnancy fitness and kettle bells. I'm currently completing studies on pelvic floor health. I know how difficult and lonely a time it can be those first few months. So my goal is to build a mummy community where you can bring your little one along to a class, meet some like minded mummies, share ideas and most of all have fun. “REINVENT THE BODY - RESURRECT THE SOUL“
