The popular Spotlight Sessions at Belton have returned! Spend time with our mansion team to see the conservation work they do while the mansion is closed to free flow visitors.

We’ll open a changing selection of rooms for this experience throughout the year. The team are currently working within the Family Flat, an area located off the visitor route.

Spaces are limited, but you can book your slot here. Some tickets are kept aside for walk-ins. Please note that rooms may be darker than usual to protect light sensitive objects.

The mansion is open for free flow visits Thursday – Monday*, 11am – 4pm (last admission 3.30pm). On these days you can explore the upper ground floor and first floor at your own pace and discover a collection rich in global history. You can also pick up our short guide to Belton House, with information on all the rooms on display.

This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.

The team at Belton

Learn how to identify common trees and find out why they are so important in an urban environment, while on a guided walk at Londonthorpe Woods. A family friendly and accessible route, where you'll learn about the woodland and it's hidden history.

A monthly longer walk to explore Londonthorpe Woods, Bellmount and the surrounding area of Lincolnshire's rural countryside. This guided walk will include insights to the local history and the composition of the woodland.

Bring your little ones (under 5's) to our Belton Acorns sessions! Enjoy learning about the beauty of Belton by engaging in crafts, play, song, and outdoor fun.

Have you ever felt the calming effect of a gentle breeze on your face or the uplifting sensation of sunlight filtering through the trees? Immerse yourself in nature's embrace and go for a walk with one of our Walk Leaders.
