Description

Join Debbie Wild from the Swan School of Tai Chi and Qigong, who will guide you through this ancient Chinese exercise, in the meditative setting of our Quiet Orchard, on alternate Wednesdays from 17 April, 10:45am-12:15pm.

Debbie Wild and the Swan School of Tai Chi and Qigong has been teaching the ancient Chinese practise to local residents for over twenty years.

Combining non-impact, gentle movement, meditation, slow breathing and balanced postures, Tai Chi is suitable for all levels of fitness. Health benefits include improved co-ordination, concentration and emotional wellbeing.

Join Debbie in the Quiet Orchard, a dedicated Silent Space, as she guides you through the gentle Tai Chi movements. In the surroundings of Upton's historic fruit trees, the classes are the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in nature whilst increasing your health and wellbeing.

Every other Wednesday between 17 April and 4 September inclusive.

Please arrive by 10:45 ready to start promptly at 11am. Debbie will meet you at Visitor Reception and lead the class walking 300 yards to the Orchard.

£12 per person for each session. These sessions are suitable for all capabilities aged 16+.
