Tour outline: Meet a member of Lanhydrock's House Team at the Gatehouse. 9.35am: Enter the house for an exclusive look at the conservation route before the house opens to the public. A member of the House Team will be on hand to answer any questions. 10am: Meet a conservator or curator at the Long Gallery, who will then take you up onto the scaffold. You will walk the full length of the ceiling as your guide talks about the history of the ceiling and how it's being conserved. 10.30am: Head down to the Servants' Hall for light refreshments and an opportunity to ask any final questions. 11am: Final goodbyes.
Please note that entry for the day is not included in this ticket. If you wish to visit the rest of the house and formal gardens after your tour, you will need to purchase a ticket or scan your National Trust membership card at the Gatehouse.
