Does everything feel a bit wobbly after baby? Don't worry, it's just how it is meant to be, but you want your body back right? Core Restore are classes designed for all new mum's anytime after your 6 week post-natal check up. We welcome you and your baby to a small group class (no more than 7). The focus is building your fitness beginning with your core and pelvic floor with Pilates based exercises, this is the first place to begin on your post-natal fitness program. Meet other new mum's to share your journey with. Baby Massage is also offered
