Nadia is very nurturing, kind and insightful teacher. She has very supportive and patient teaching style. She guides her students in building awareness in proper form and breathing in the yoga poses.Nadia aims to live a yogic lifestyle to the extent she can, which makes her classes a real and authentic experience.

I attended the yoga for mums with babies before the lockdown in the UK. Nadya is very attentive to every mum and baby and helps us enjoy the session. There are a few exercises that you need to do in a pair with another attendee, which adds some socialising opportunity to the session. There is plenty of room for buggies in the studio and Nadya stays after the class to chat with mums in the Buddhist cafe in that building.
