MY-YOGA offers a wide range of yoga classes: Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Mum and Baby Toddler, Kids and Dynamic Restorative yoga.

Our classes are informal and relaxed and the focus is on you, so you can follow your own pace and get the most out of the practice.

I attended pregnancy yoga and later on baby and toddler yoga. I loved all the classes I felt very relaxed in the pregnancy yoga and learnt new breathing techniques and exercises which helped during labour. The baby class was very special bonding time for me and my baby. I made lots of mum friends in the classes as well. I highly recommend these classes to anyone thinking of going.

Guiseppina made the classes extremely enjoyable for my daughter and me. This was over 2 years ago and we attended her classes for over a year. In all the play, you forget that you’ve actually done so many yoga asanas. Also she’s delightful :)! I had the chance to do both the mummy and baby yoga and also the regular yoga sessions. I couldn’t recommend her enough :)

Excellent mum-to-be and mum and baby yoga classes! Flowing class with relaxed and fun atmosphere. The mum and baby class is great for bonding with babies from newborns to crawlers, with a perfect mix of yoga for mum and baby massage.
