About

My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks through 10 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Offering structured, age-appropriate, weekly classes that incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and more. Children have loads of fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility while developing social skills, confidence and self-esteem. We have a state-of-the-art facility, extensively trained staff and award-winning class programs.

  • Gemma Vickerage on Facebook Mon 2nd Oct 2017 We love My Gym! We got recommended by our friend Lisa and It's the absolute best class we have ever been to and my little boy loves it! The staff are engaging and enthusiastic with the children as well as all being friendly to the mums/dads. All the parents that go are really friendly too. The environment itself is fantastic, really safe for my little boy who's a bit of an explorer. All the activities are brilliant and i can see how much my little boy has progressed since we started in April. It's a mixture of structured and free play so it's always a lovely stress free class. If you can't make a class you can "put it in the bank" and schedule a make up class so you don't lose your money if you can't go. Would recommend it to everyone with children of all ages!

What can I say .. staff professional and ensures ur kids safety and fun , cafe serves great good quality food and coffee and it's comfy whilst waiting for your children, and the fact my kids beg me to take them shows how good it is x

We also like how it teaches children patience and tidying up! Unlike most children's classes, you can also bank missed sessions and use them as make up sessions which is great. Definitely recommend My Gym
