Great class, tailored to what you need pp. Challenging enough to feel like you’ve had a workout but not too much that you can’t move!
I love these classes. I find the workouts challenging and Rachel is a great coach. The babies entertain themselves and you workout in pairs so there's always someone to watch the kids. I would highly recommend.
Mumwid is the best mum and baby class to safely get back into exercise post baby. Rachel is very knowledgeable on post natal fitness and the correct exercises you should be doing. She adjusts exercises depending on an individual situation and is really approachable with any concerns. The class is very friendly and there's always someone at hand to help with the kids. This class has helped me feel like my old self post baby.
Rachel is a CrossFit Level 1 coach who also holds CrossFit Weightlifting Level 1 and CrossFit Gymnastics Level 1 certificates. She has a specialism in pregnancy and postnatal fitness and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. She has also completed Julie Wiebe's Pelvic Floor Piston programme. Rachel works closely with local women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapists.
