Rachel is a CrossFit Level 1 coach who also holds CrossFit Weightlifting Level 1 and CrossFit Gymnastics Level 1 certificates. She has a specialism in pregnancy and postnatal fitness and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. She has also completed Julie Wiebe's Pelvic Floor Piston programme. Rachel works closely with local women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapists.
