The Mums Rehab Fitness class combines... 1) Core work to rebuild a strong trunk and pelvic girdle. 2) Mobility work to iron out any tense muscles from carrying and pushing small children around all day. 3) Strengthening exercises to make you able to cope with the demands of looking after your little one/s. 4) Build up your fitness to be able to return to pre pregnancy abilities and beyond. Bring your baby/ toddler!
Sarra has always specialised in corrective exercise as a personal trainer to rehab clients after an injury back to full strength and fitness. After having her son in July 2016, she realised there was a lack of classes for mum and babies to attend that helped not only get their core back, but also allow them to build strength and get fit without needing childcare. So she started a class with her Bump & Baby group and the class grew in popularity. Now running two classes a week and babies from 6 weeks to 4 years can all attend while mum gets fit and strong.
