Mummy Metafit has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
I am a mum of 2 little ones. I trained as a Metafit instructor to help me get fit after having my babies. It worked for me which is why I firmly believe in its value for both physical and mental wellbeing. I love being able to exercise alongside my children; I know how difficult it can be for mums to find time to look after themselves. And the best bit - the fitness session is only 20 minutes long but you can burn up to 300 calories in that time, and a further 500 calories in the proceeding 24 hours!!!
