I offer sling fitness classes to mums who want to exercise with their babies. The classes are strength based circuits where you can use a carrier or have your baby in the room. My ethos is based around empowering you to love your body no matter your size, help you feel fantastic and focus on regaining strength and body confidence.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for nearly seven years and had always used the conventional approach to train the women I worked with. It soon became apparent that actually a different approach was needed as there was too much shaming, guilt and disempowerment in the fitness industry. I have now changed my approach so that every woman I work with feels empowered, supported and brave enough to take her own journey through fitness.
