An invitation for you and baby to share a yoga class together. Allow yourself the time to dive into some well-deserved self-care while connecting to your little one.
The classes will help you reconnect to your body, strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, and stretch and stabilise the upper body. Babies will also enjoy some yoga and singing!
I've been practising yoga since 2005 and received my teacher training diploma from triyoga in 2013. When not on my yoga mat, you'll find me ferrying around my two young children to various North London playgrounds!
