Mummas and Beans

Mummas&Beans offer age appropriate Baby Classes suitable from Newborn to Walking. Our classes start with Newborn where the focus is on Mums & the first few weeks of adjusting. Baby Massage is for babies up to 4 m and over the course you will learn a full body baby massage routine. As the course progresses we will add in some baby reflexology and sensory play.
Our Sensory Baby Yoga class incorporates gentle stretching & movement for your baby with lots of songs & sensory play. Our Sensory Mummas - Messy Play (for Sitting - Walking) class combines music, movement, sensory play & a lot of mess!!
