MumFit runs postnatal exercise classes for mums & their babies. We are suitable for all levels of fitness and offer levels 1, 2, & 3 to allow you to build up slowly and safely. MumFit also offers specialised personal training for new or expectant mothers on either a 1-to-1 or small group basis. Supervision of young children can also be accommodated during these sessions. We also run a pregnancy fitness class every Wednesday evening 6.15pm at Brookburn primary school in Chorlton - see www.mumfit.net for further info and to book.
