Come and stretch, strengthen, relax and restore in a sociable and supportive class with your baby. Release tension and tightness, strengthen and tone paying special attention to the abdominals, back and pelvic floor. Learn breathing exercises to calm you and your baby and relax together. We sing songs for the babies and have a lovely cup of tea after class!

Namaste! I am Imogen, I have been teaching yoga for 3 years (and practicing for many more!) My real passion is teaching pre and postnatal women as I find it such a magical time in life but also a time when nurture and support is so crucial. I love teaching Mum and Baby yoga as you see both Mum and Baby change so much in this time in confidence and strength and it is such a fun class with a lot of laughing - even if it’s only at my terrible singing!
