Exercise with your baby at our specially designed mum and baby bootcamp! Led by a Physio & Pre & Post Natal Fitness Instructor, Charlotte can guide you through safe and effective exercises to help you feel like you again!! Come along every Wednesday to meet new mums and have some fun whilst getting fit!

This class has been amazing for me. A super fab instructor (😉 Charlie) who has kept me motivated throughout. Brilliant circuit that she changes up from time to time. I've lost 9lbs since starting and feel great for it. She also suggests exercise to keep doing at home - that pelvic floor isn't going to strengthen by itself ladies!! Very flexible so if you miss a week it doesn’t cost you anything unlike a lot of the other classes! Can't recommend this class enough.

Charlie is great at what she does, if I have any concerns if I am doing it correctly she will show me one on one, I am not embarrassed about working out in front of every one as everyone is so nice , and it’s also nice being able to take the baby with you and not have to worry about child care, new mummy friends while exercising.
