Low impact, strength based training for postnatal women, that is pelvic floor and diastasis recti safe, with personal trainer Marianna Engall. After dealing with pelvic floor prolapse during my own postnatal recovery, I decided to focus on providing training for women that was low impact and safe. We rehabilitate and build strength in order that they may return to the exercise they love, confident and strong.
Activities for Parents
Marianna is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. She decided to pursue a career as a coach and trainer when she struggled with her postnatal recovery. Marianna has a background in Crossfit but after developing pelvic organ prolapse after the birth of her son, she had to find low impact exercises that could build her strength and fitness levels back up, without causing further injury. Her experiences and research now inform the MPOWERED MUMS class environment.
