Putting Your Needs First: A peer to peer support group giving mums a safe space to talk about emotions, mental illness and wellbeing led by women who have recovered from postnatal illness. If you are finding things tougher than you thought, are feeling overly anxious or perhaps just don't feel like yourself then we are the group for you. We are open to all mums whether you have a diagnosis, need advice on how to get help or want an opportunity to meet with other women experiencing the same struggles. Tea, coffee and biscuits are free flowing. We have loads of toys for children.
