I started going to Mom in Balance workouts when I was 24 weeks pregnant and have returned right after my postnatal check. I love these classes - they’re a really fun way to stay fit during pregnancy and get back into shape.
MIB has been great for getting my fitness back, feeling strong and the opportunity to meet like minded women. All under expert supervision so I have done it safely and quickly.
